Right of withdrawal (14 days)

In accordance with European regulations, you have 14 days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to give a reason.

To do so, write to us at contact.reloadbody@gmail.com quoting your order number. A simple email is enough.

Legal exception: in accordance with Article 16(e) of Directive 2011/83/EU, food supplements unsealed after delivery cannot be returned for health and hygiene protection reasons. Our satisfaction guarantee below goes beyond this limit.

30-day satisfaction guarantee

If the product doesn't suit you, write to us within 30 days of receipt and we will refund you. No justification is required, and you keep the gifts included in your pack.

This guarantee is a commercial commitment on our part. It is in addition to your legal rights and does not replace them.

Refund timeframe

Once your request is approved, the refund is processed within 3 to 5 working days to the payment method used for the order. The time it takes to appear on your account then depends on your bank, generally 2 to 7 days.

Damaged or non-conforming product

Send us a photo of the parcel and the product within 48 hours of receipt to contact.reloadbody@gmail.com. We will send you a new product free of charge, without you having to return the old one.

The 2-year legal guarantee of conformity applies in accordance with Directive 2019/771/EU.

Return costs

Under the 30-day satisfaction guarantee, no physical return is required. In the case of legal withdrawal on a product that is still sealed, return costs are at your expense.
